We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support our growing Hong Kong team.



As a Project Design Manager, you first and foremost understand that discipline equals freedom — the more disciplined we are professionally and strategically, the more efficient and trusted we become to operate independently.

This means being highly process driven, and passionate in fostering a team culture focused on balance, discipline and meaningful, enduring design.

From concept to completion, you engage with the creative team, our clients and construction partners to ensure everyone is clear of the objectives and project deliverables.

You take pride in skilfully leading multiple design project, and your past experience proves your ability manage and mentor colleagues to deliver the project vision to set budgets and timelines, consistently.

You’re happy to get hands on to develop schematic designs into design development drawings, and further into tender documentation.

You posses eagle eyes when reviewing shop-drawings and technical drawings from various consultants throughout all project phases.

Your previous experience demonstrates your ability to handle projects and solve on site problems independently.

You relish the details, managing contract administration responsibilities from beginning to end; preparing project budgets and schedules, site meeting reports, punch lists and documenting correspondence between all relevant parties.

You have a direct and collaborative communication style. Instinctively you create a sense of calm and optimism in the studio, and with a solutions-oriented attitude, cultivate an inspired team that performs at their very best.

Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is preferred for this role.



  • a minimum ten years professional experience
  • a degree in Architecture/Interior Design, or related discipline
  • computer literacy in AutoCAD is a must, with proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and SketchUp highly valued
  • solid experience in all phases and aspects of a managing large-scale interior architecture and design projects
